Teacher Quick Step Guide to Assigning an LSA in Insight
1. Log into Insight and Inform using your DCPS credentials
2. Click on Tests at the top of the screen.
3. Use the pull down menu to change from my tests to published tests, select the subject
and grade level of the test, and click the Search button.
4. Type “LSA” in the filter window to reduce the number of tests displayed. NOTE: Do not hit enter.
5. Click the title to select the published test you wish to assign.
6. Click the link to Create a new assignment.
7. Use the check boxes next to your Classrooms to select which sections should take the
test. You can use the + next to the sections to drill down to assign to individual students in
those classes.
8. Click Update Assignment Group.
